By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Save Space (“Save Space”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use Save Space.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use Save Space. By creating an account or using the app, you represent that you satisfy this age requirement.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information if creating an account, and to update it if it changes.
• Notification of Breach: You must promptly notify us at savespacebookmarks@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Save Space is intended to help you collect, organize, and manage your personal and professional bookmarks. You agree not to abuse or misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

Save Space provides both a free tier and upcoming optional premium subscriptions:

An optional Pro Tier will be introduced to unlock unlimited links, unlimited folders, and high-frequency automated AI scanning. Pricing, billing terms, and renewal conditions for Pro will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

You retain 100% ownership of all URLs, bookmark titles, tags, notes, and collections that you submit or organize within Save Space.

To deliver our service, you grant Save Space a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, store, index, back up, and display your bookmarks exclusively for you and any individuals you choose to share your collections with.

Save Space incorporates artificial intelligence technologies to deliver automated duplicate bookmark detection, dead/broken link alerts, folder categorization suggestions, and concise article summaries.

• Advisory Nature: AI-generated summaries and organization suggestions are provided as helpful tools. Due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, outputs may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.
• User Discretion: You retain complete discretion over whether to accept, edit, or reject any AI organization suggestions or detected duplicates.
• Privacy Respect: We do not sell your personal bookmark URLs to train public consumer LLMs.

We continuously improve Save Space with new features, performance updates, and bug fixes. We strive to maintain maximum uptime and reliability, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, update, or discontinue features for maintenance or security enhancements. When substantial modifications occur, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAVE SPACE, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You are free to stop using Save Space and delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting us at savespacebookmarks@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate these Terms of Service or engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior.

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our service, regulatory updates, or business operations. When material updates are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Save Space after any changes signifies your agreement to the modified terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should discontinue using the Service.
